Hurray! I hope you find it useful - and even fun, Betty. If you have a lot of values coming up (like me) it can also be good to try to prioritise. Notoriously difficult!

Love this! It’s so true—our values can easily get buried under layers of expectations from society, family, or even past versions of ourselves. Doing a values audit is a perfect way to clear the fog and rediscover what really matters. Have a good weekend Lisa.

Thanks - you too, Neela. Yes, it’s often said that people don’t change, but we do. Or at least the order of our values, do. Otherwise I’d still be living my life following Madonna’s every move!

How many are your own and which have been imposed. Such a powerful question! I have discarded a few in the past, such as giving and giving without thinking of myself. That changed a lot for me in a good way, Lisa.

Values drive decisions - I couldn't agree more.

As you know, my memoir is written around values and reflecting on them helped me find clarity to make decisions and move forward.

They really are the bedrock of any positive change, Veronica. Your memoir illustrates it beautifully. Many companies forget this, or claim values which they don't live and work by.
